How much does a bookkeeper cost in Calgary?
It depends on how many transactions you have, how many bank and card accounts, and what you need done. After a free review we quote one fixed monthly fee, in writing, within one business day. Catch-up work is quoted separately.
What software do you use?
QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you use something else, we can usually work with it or help you switch with no lost data.
I'm months behind on my books. Can you help?
Yes. We quote one flat catch-up fee, get you current, then keep you current every month.
Do you file taxes?
We keep your books clean and help prepare your GST returns. For your income tax return, we give your accountant a tidy year-end package, which usually lowers their bill.
Do I need to be in Calgary?
No. We're based in Calgary and happy to meet in person, but everything works online, so we help businesses across Alberta.
Is there a contract?
No. Service is month to month with 30 days notice.
